Training

Training takes place on the astro turf at Energise (Oaklands) Sports Centre

This is open to all members and any would-be members that are interested in playing.

Training is free to anyone that wishes to come along and train with us.



Winter Training 2010/11

1st September - March

Training to be held every Wednesday night from 7:30-8:30pm
